When you submit an engineering project brief or schedule a consultation via our website, we collect the contact details and project requirements you voluntarily enter. This includes your name, corporate email address, phone number, company name, website, country, timezone, estimated budget, timeline, current tech stack, and scope brief.

2. First-Party Visitor Analytics & Session Traceability

To optimize user journeys and measure marketing channel efficacy, our website deploys privacy-conscious, first-party analytics:

• • Anonymous Visitor ID: A pseudonymous identifier (vyx_v_...) stored locally in browser storage without encoding personally identifiable information.
• • Session Tracking: A temporary session identifier (vyx_s_...) that automatically rolls over after 30 minutes of inactivity to track engagement depth.
• • Acquisition Attribution: First-touch marketing campaign metadata (such as UTM parameters, referring domain, and landing page path).
• • Coarse Telemetry: Aggregated device categories (Desktop/Mobile), browser types, and approximate country-level geographic location derived from server headers.

We strictly do not perform keystroke logging, canvas/audio fingerprinting, clipboard monitoring, or continuous cursor tracking.

3. Data Storage & Google Sheets CRM Integration

Inbound project briefs and associated session telemetry are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections to our serverless endpoints and stored in our secured Google Sheets CRM database hosted on Google Cloud enterprise infrastructure. We employ formula injection neutralization, rate limiting, and authenticated access control to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

4. Transactional Communications

Upon submitting a project inquiry, our systems dispatch automated transactional confirmation emails (via Resend) to both our engineering review team and your provided email address, containing your reference ID and submission recap.

5. Third-Party Services & Secondary Analytics

We maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) as a secondary measurement platform for aggregate traffic reporting. We do not sell, lease, or distribute your inquiry data to data brokers or third-party advertisers.

6. Inquiries & Data Rights
